That video is mostly a venting video but, also a video for anyone who is dealing with somewhat of the same problem as me. Kind of off topic here but I film my videos on my phone and usually I could see how much time I have left to make video. Well, this time my phone didn't show me how much time I had left so I just kind of didn't get to really explain everything and I didn't want the video to be too long. Let me just get into it.
Why are you doing this?
I am doing this hair journey because of course, like any other girl I want long, healthy hair. What I want to do first, which is really weird, I want my hair to grow long first and then I want to cut it. I know that's not really the way to go but, that's something I want to do personally. I know people will tell me that if i don't cut my hair the split ends will just keep crawling up my hair shaft. To be honest, I don't care. I know I have split ends but, they are not bad and I trim my hair every once and a while.
I've done research about hair journey's and in my opinion I started late lol. A lot of girls on Youtube and they started since like 2008 or a few more years before that. I really don't remember what I REALLY wanted to say in this post but I guess i'll explain what my hair care routine is.
I co-wash (washing your hair with conditioner) my hair at least 2x a week or whenever I really need to.
I shampoo my hair 1x a week
I deep condition my hair 1x a week
I do a protein treatment 1x a month
I do the inversion method 1x a month
Ok you're probably wondering what the inversion method is. The inversion method is where you massage any oil of your choice onto your scalp and then carefully hang your head upside down for 4 minutes. If that's still really weird just look it up on Youtube because i'm tired of typing.
So got check out my video and i'm going to have two more videos up on both channels by the end of this weekend. Hopefully. Ill put the link of the videos once I have them up.
